Stash Busting Report Week 49

Just THREE more reports and 2009 is over - I joined Judy's 2009 Stash Bustin Challenge at he beginning of the year and enjoy following how well the others are doing Look HERE to see how great the other's are doing. It's fun to do this each week and see how everyone is working at their own pace and most are happy with their progress.

This week I didn't get to do much quilting but I worked and finished those potholders and sold some more fabric.

Here's my thread usage report --I have over 51 spools of thread on hand - no spools finished this week.

Spools used this week: 0 spool
Total Spools used to Date: 11 spools
Total Spools bought to Date: 2 spools

you have a great stash busting report! I always laugh at the thread report. I take the leftover bobbins when I'm done quilting a quilt, and from there the bigger ones get wound on bobbins for my domestic machine, the smaller ones go on the top. I think I emptied five last night as I sewed on bindings. And they were fairly close to matching!

Only 8 yards this year coming in? That is amazing. I hate to think how many spools of thread are here. I have thread from my clothing construction days, from an aunt, for sewing quilts, sewing applique, etc. I don't want to know the number. But you are doing great. Keep it up.
